About the Position
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping operations of Hotel Rahul. This includes ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the hotel, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and ensuring that the hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Housekeeping Manager is also responsible for managing inventory, handling customer service issues related to housekeeping, and ensuring that all cleaning procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the housekeeping operations of Acacia Hotel
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- Manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or in a similar role for 7 to 10 years
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and best practices
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
